Types of netting

BrandNet®

Meat netting with a printed label won the Gold Medal of fair Polagra-Food.

BrandNet® is a perfect combination of top quality NomaNet meat netting with a printed label which enables attractive and clear identification of the producer and the product brand.

Delta

Delta is a non-elastic, decorative type of netting with characteristic „kite” shaped meshes.

Dense netting

Dense netting has a double number of meshes in a circum ference and in result it holds the meat tighter.

Easy to peel

Special type of netting which is easy to be removed thanks to thicker covering of the rubber threads. The netting also gives an aesthetic look to the finished meat product.

Farmer

Farmer netting is a type of non-elastic, decorative netting made of monofilament. This netting is usually prepared in sections with one end clipped.

HangNet®

The ideal way to highlight your product at the point of sale!

HangNet® is solution for dedicated to single-muscle products that do not require moulding, smoked or matured. The HangNet® allows to be originally exposed in a hanging form. It increases the visual attractiveness of the finished product and effectively improves the maturing process of large smoked elements. The net is very well suited to the whole production process of traditional maturing products: speck or Black Forest hams.

The custom net form enables quick applications and does not require additional tooling, as well as the use of clips or ropes. In addition, the use of HangNet® makes it easy to remove the net from the product at the point of sale. It is also a great way to occasionally pack smoked products.

The net is characterized by high tear resistance, allowing to hang even up to 9 kg of large smoked elements.

Helisa Net®

Helisa Net® is a multi-coloured netting with decorative functions.

Hexagon Net®

Hexagon Net® is a type of non-elastic, decorative netting having meshes with honeycomb (hexagone) shape.

La Rete Net

The netting with characteristic southern appearance, modelled on the traditional netting which has been used in the Italian meat industry for centuries.

Monofil netting

Monofil netting is characterized by high mechanical strenght. It gives an original appearance to the final meat product (spiral effect).

Romb

Romb is a type of non-elastic, decorative netting with diamond (rhombus) shaped meshes.

Simple

Simple is a kind of non-elastic, decorative netting which imitates hand-tying.

Standard

The most popular netting produced in several versions depending on the number of meshes, strenght of the latex rubber threads and heat resistance.

StockingNet

The netting imitating the look of a stocking, giving the product a unique, rustic appearance.

The StockingNet netting group was created to refer to the old tradition of production and the rustic appearance of smoked meats. They meet the highest quality standards applicable to all NomaNet nettings.

StockingNet nettings are designed to help maintain the juiciness, colour and aroma of smoked meats for a long time, helping to encourage the customer to purchase the product. They also have a function of forming a meat product. At the same time, they give the meat a special, rare, rustic appearance.

StockingNet nettingss are produced in two variants - with rubber, for additional product formation, and in a variant without rubber.

String®

String® netting imitates hand-tying and gives the finished meat product a traditional look.

TSN

Elastic netting TSN is used mainly for packing traditional smoked meat products.

The major advantage of this netting is its structure, which allows to eliminate hand- or machine-tying process. For netting application we recommend using an applicating tube.

With a fixed numer of meshes

This kind of netting has a fixed numer of meshes regardless of the caliber (the numer of meshes does not affect the caliber size).

Modification options

We offer our customers the netting precisely adjusted to their individual needs.

For this purpose, it is possible to modify the parameters of our netting:

Stronger warp covering

It reduces the netting cutting into the muscles, which facilitates pulling the netting off the product after heat treatment. Thicker warp covering will also distinguish the product.

Stronger rubber covering

The modification of the covering modification reduces the adhesion of the netting to the product and reinforces its resistance under tension (reducing its elastibility).

Netting rarefaction

It enables to receive large meshes in the netting.

Double number od rubber threads in a single covering

It increases the strenght of the netting, which makes the netting form the product tighter.

Colour distinction (Matrix and Rubber)

The colour options will allow you to distinguish your product on the shelf, help to achieve a consistent colour style in the image of the product/brand, can also provide additional indication, e.g. for certain meat type.

Confection services

The standard netting rolls have length of 5, 25, 50 and 100 m. In order to improve the production processes for our clients, we are able to provide confection adapted to their individual needs.

Depending on the netting type, we offer the following additional confection services:

Netting sheering on tubes

Sheering the netting on tube significantly speeds up the work with the netting. You can immediately place the sheered netting on the funnel of the stuffer and start operating. Depending on the netting type, it is possible to sheer up to 25 meters.

Cutting into sections

Netting cut into sections of the same lenght, chosen by the customer, can speed the production process and standarise it as well ( uniform size of the final product). The sections are packed in bunches (the number of pieces in a bunch can be determined by the customer – from 20 to 50 pcs.)

Clipping the sections

Clipping one end of the netting section eliminates additional operations in the plant. It is particularly useful for inserting manually the whole muscle into the netting.

Turning the netting inside-out

It reduces the netting cutting into the muscles and facilitates pulling the netting off the product. Moreover, it limits the detachment of meat pieces from the product while pulling the netting off.

En Vrac packaging (loose in cartons)

Confection dedicated for customers with highly automated production. It eliminates reduntant operations on the sheering machines (there is no need to change the rolls).

We are able to perform other confection services, which will prepare the netting to be used in the meat products manufacturing and will facilitate your technological process.
