Protective films, both perforated and non-perforated, are used to provide a temporary protection of the surface from dirt and mechanical damage that may occur in processing, transportation and storage of the product. The film is frequently used in construction industry (roofing sheet, layered boards) however its application range is much wider. Namely, they can be used to protect window frames and sills, decorative laminates, elements of furniture and cars or even household appliances such as washing machines or refrigerators. They are a perfect solution for plastic, steel and aluminum boards, but also for glass and car carpets. Protective film can be used for building and renovation works to protect floor coverings, stairs, carpets and parquets. The selection of a proper material depends on the type of the surface protected.
Film parameters:
Width: 1000 - 1300 mm ± 5 mm.
Length: 1000 and 800 m ± 1 m.
Total thickness: 35, 40, 42, 48, 50, 55 µ ± 10%.
Colour: transparent or glowing (blue, orange, other).
Packaging: pallets 1100×1300 mm, 16-25 pcs each (about 1000 kg). The rolls are stored on wooden cradles and protected with angle bars, stretch film, a wooden truss and wrapped with a banding tape.
Identification: ink print or perforation located on one of the roll edges. There is an identification label with the manufacturing date inside the paper tube.
